God bless all you Marines, here and past, for your service which makes all of our activities today possible. We wouldn't have freedom without your
efforts.
No fishing
No camping
No trips to Baja
No liberty
No Pacifico
No fish tacos
No Miramar Street in Ensenada
No all sorts of stuff.
Thank you all for your service.

Happy birthday to all my comrades. Once a Marine, always a Marine. When I look back all those years I realize I was just a kid. Okinawa 1963 they
had just taken away our M-1's. About as much a tough guy then As I am now.

Hey vga------ What is that.... one of those M14s?
I fired them for laughs in training. They weren't wortha sh-it.
Anyway, happy bday and veterans day.

Yeah Dennis: I did all my match shooting with the Garand. I never qualified less than expert. The first time I had to qualify with the M-14, the
flash arrestor started coming off on the 300 yd. line, and on the 500 I actually threw a round on an ADJACENT TARGET. Failed to even qualify. I was
able to prove it was the POS rifle, got to re-shoot, and got my crossed rifles.
Did you catch Jim Leherer's speech at the USMC museum today? Good stuff. Made me proud.
