One thing I've noticed in the latest of the Building Boom in Vacation (or permanent) Developments is how "small" the lot sizes are and how close the
houses are to each other, just like a housing tract in the U.S. Coming from an outlying area in the U.S. where NOBODY lives on lots that small, It
puzzled me that they would be so popular, especially with so much land available.
I read a different angle on that when I received my current issue of the Boat U.S. Foundation publication. There was an article touting a new
development in Loreto where the writer and his spouse had decided to purchase a house. He remarked that, both of them being raised in the city, they
didn't find the housing density unfamiliar or bothersome.
I guess that's the answer. The developers have correctly defined their future market.
Different Strokes.

Bill
Thats the way they have been building in La Paz for over 10 years, Some of the houses are, so close to each other it doesn't look like they had enough
room to plaster.
