Am looking for a Center Console boat between 16' to 20' range in the Mulege/Santa Rosalia area for sale at a good price. Planning on leaving it in the
area. My existing 18' Bayrunnner is in need of hull repair and then some!. I'm chasing corrosion all over the hull. Don't want to drag it back to San
Diego for repair. I've got my money's worth from the ol' 85 so am looking for a boat to use for at least the next 6 years before I retire and bring
down my new boat. My casa in Punta Chivato is where I leave the boat. Am thier only 5 weeks in a year. Standing on the beach with fishing gear and my

Put out a call on the Mulege vhf radio net every morning at 8 or 9, I forget which. Channel 22. When we were last there, we listened every morning
and it was very helpful for many things...I should think 'hitching a ride' and sharing some gas money would enhance your chances.
Lots of boats and motors were advertised on Saul's Grocery windows and also at the local laundromat. You might check Mulegeonline.com and

There is an exceptionally nice gringo owned panga for sale here in Loreto. 21 foot, 115 horse honda four stroke with less than 100 hours on it.

This is not about a boat for sale, but I could not resist posting this tidbit of information on the Hotel Punta Chivato boats.
We happened to travel to this remote paradise in 1979, where we met the then-owner of the Punta Chivato hotel. We were invited to go in his boat for
a great day of tuna fishing. Although not fishing ourselves, the hotel owner, a Mr. Bill Alvarado, caught quite a few. Sr. Alvarado is the person on
