FYI, David Eidell has posted some interesting details from southern Mexico over on Fred Metcalf's board (scroll down a ways). Not Baja stuff, but he
was a Baja Amigo and many things he reports can be helpful for Baja travel. Metcalf's URL is not easy to remember, but it is the first link on my list
