This is a great spot if you want to lay over in a safe spot before making a run for the border. The camp we found was about 10 miles before Lazaro.
There was a big sign on the road just before the first residencial area (going north) way past Rosario. There are genuine hot showers and good
toilets and a palapa right on the beach. Fidel and his family have owned this for a couple generations. He got us firewood for $5 and gave us
cucumbers from his huge farm. again- write for more info

The camp name, Km. marker, or GPS would help... I am guessing PABELLON

No palapas at the old (whale bones) Pabellon.
The newer place to the south may have some but I don't think so.
km marker ?

Sorry I wasen't smart enough to get the turn-off point. This place has several nice palapas with good showers and just off the beach. The owner
keeps a very close eye on his place and keeps the buggys and bikes chased off the camp area. Maybe someone can help with directions. Richard
