Yep. Just make sure your screen saver doesn't kick in & hide 'em.

Yeah, I hear space can be a very cold place. My computers 500W power supply seems to warm my room pretty well. Too bad it seems to work better in summer. :fire:

Brrrr !

MrBillM - 12-21-2006 at 12:03 PM

Nice and warm in Baja. 38 degrees this a.m. in Percebu.

At 0500 ayer back home en El Norte, it was 17 degrees. This a.m. it's shown as 16.

I HATE Winter.

Got the Vermont Castings wood heater fired-up. :bounce::tumble:It'll make you open the doors, peel off your shirt etc. :bounce:Wish those Cyber Heaters worked.:) I'd sell my chainsaw, splitter, and relax.:bounce::yes:

lencho!:D Merry Christmas.:D

DanO - 12-21-2006 at 02:59 PM

Jesus, that thing gave me an instant headache. I'll just sit here in the cold, thanks.

toneart - 12-21-2006 at 04:02 PM

Lencho is talking about a high-tech version. Is that what you are displaying? The little fireheads are randomly alternating, whereas Bruce's and others are synchroneously surging.

I need to know before it is too late. It's fu, fu, fu, uh, c-cold here in the mountains.

Has anyone had any first hand experience with the Soleus Oil Filled "radiator" type space heaters? Thinking of buying one & taking back to Loreto for the two months that it is too cool for my old bones in the mornings. Prefer to wake up to at least 65 degree bedroom. Not 55 or 60.
Would they take the chill off a bedroom without excessive electric consumption? I have one of those 'ceramic' 1,500 watt space heaters, with fan that works o.k., but someone once said the Soleus uses less electricity because of the oil filled holds the heat longer than anything else?????????????? Thanks for your replies.

Phil S - 12-23-2006 at 09:03 AM

Bruce. Thanks for turning up the heat. That made me feel warmer when I 'hit' onto your post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
