First of all I want to wish all of my nomad friends a very happy holiday season and thank you for hours of good entertainment and cyber friendship and
support, especially in the last month of crazy shaking. Yesterday some of our relatives were leaving town as (most peope are) to spend Christmas
somewhere else where they don't have to worry about evacuating before the turkey is done. WELL....as they were leaving our uncle asked us to watch
over his house because it has been reported that on Dec.28th there will be a huge earthquake here! Holy jingle bells...who the heck predicted that
doozie???? I figured it wasnt possible but still it makes you wonder...then I started asking people and many folks had heard this...hmmm??? luckily a
very nice woman who saw that I was a bit alarmed whispered in my ear...."Dec.28 es el dia de los innocentes" OHHH I get it now...this day is like
April Fools Day...it is a day to fool all the gullible people like me! Whew. So all you baja travellers keep this day in mind!
By the way...the shaking seems to have mellowed out considerably, only a few little ones once in awhile.

Shari,
We have had some quakes here in California last week so you are not alone.
Hopefully things will settle down in the new year and you and your neighbors can get back to normal.
Happy happy to all
