As a chef, I prefer the comfort and support of clog style shoes but being retired, must watch my pennies.
I found these Crocs clones at zapateria 3 hermanos in La Paz for 79 pesos. They come in four colors and are some of the most comfortable footwear I've
ever walked in.

Careful with fake Croks if you have stinky feet.
My kid had a pair and they stunk bad after a few months.
The real Croks have an antibarterial agent that stops foot odor.
