Plodding footsteps
Raise puffs of dust
Thoughts abound
He wanders down
That dusty old road
His mind exploring
The meaning of life
As though it springs
From each puff of dust
Can he know

Beside that dusty road
Plucking pedals
From a withered blossom
Wondering
What makes man and woman
So important to life
Who is this dirt road philosopher
