Friday as we approached Algadones from the south, we were passed by a champagne colored GMC p/u with Oregon plates. It had a Viva Baja and Got Baja sticker on the back. They could not see the same stickers on the back of our truck because we were towing our Burro. We took different routes through Algadones and we didn't see them again to find out who they are. If you see this, please identify yourself.

It wasn't me I don't have any stickers on my truck....but I was in Algadones on friday. We parked in the pay lot and walked over...I was carrying extra gasoline for the buggies and quads in our group... we came down from Glamis for the day. Next time I think I'll drive across instead of walking. The wait to walk across was 30-40 min. The wait to drive was about 5 min.

DonBaja, I'm not sure what was going on but there were about 200 gringos on foot lined up at the crossing. Normally they would get through as fast as they could walk. We got through in less than 5 minutes.

Thats just the usual winter line of US/Can people returning from medical dental optical and prescription trips to Los Algodones.

Hey Lou I know what you are sayin is correct as we cross @ Algadones often. The difference Friday before last is that the crossing time for pedestrians was much longer than normal. The new toll road makes for a quick trip from the South Campos.
