I actually meant to post on the fishing /hunting page. I guess the Tecate's I drank before posting wasn't my best idea ever- However tecate does go
well with the ducks we harvest in nor-cal! Thanks for the response. Any good spicy duck recipes?

Eric, I rarely cook duck, but by googling "spicy duck recipes" I found one for duck empanadas with fire sauce and cilantro cream-- from Emiril, no
less. I tried to copy and paste, but I couldn't make the link work. It does sound like a nice little Baja dish though.
