This is a report from today's Latitude 38 magazine.
"It's Up and Lifting
February 12 - Puerto Escondido, Baja California
Connie Sunlover reports that earlier this month Singlar completed the calibration on their 50-ton Travel-Lift, and lifted the first boat out at their
facility at Puerto Escondido. In fact, they enclosed this photo to prove it.
As such, the much anticipated dry storage area is open. While berths in Mexico have been relatively hard to come by, there is about to be a minor
explosion of dry storage facilities, which hopefully will free up a lot of slips.

I would hope that the clients storing there would get a break on the exhorbitant launch fees. Otherwise, based on an average of, say, 15 launches per
month, it could conceiveably cost someone in the neighborhood of 600.00+ US to keep and store a boat there. I am estimating something like 200.00
simply for storage, which would also be really high. I have nothing to base these estimates on except the apparent pricing structure of the launch
ramp and parking.
Marina San Carlos, a purely privately financed veture on the mainland side charges about 65.00US/month for dry storage of a 25 foot boat and 3.25 for
use of the ramp.

Hook, a recent Gringo Gazette printed a copy of a Singlar price list. Unfortunately I no longer have it and forgot the prices.
But I do remember calculating the price for a small (under 25ft) boat and being blown away. I think it was similar to the mooring fees. Hundreds a
month?
I could look it up online but they charge money for the online version of GG now.
