this last trip down to BOLA we were told by doc that they have arrested some of the gang that was responsible for the car jackings and shootings along
the toll road. on the way home we picked up a mexican paper and right on the front page were a pic of three of the thugs responsible. our friend
couldnt pick out one of the guys as the one who shot him but i say hang them all and let god sort them out. allso we were told that they were about
to make an arrest in the shooting of rachel and it involved a mexican soldier and a civilian who knew they were making a run north with a large amount

Unfortunately there will be no hangings. Mexico does not have a death penalty. In fact, I do not believe there is a "life without parole" sentence.

Actually, so much "justice" is dispenced throughout Mexico without the hinderance of a judge, it is difficult to say what rules apply and when.Oso - 2-23-2007 at 09:10 AM
