It really makes sense......Because there is so many little places for mice, rats and little birds and snakes to hide and live, that the Osprey could

I've seen Ospreys with snakes cooking on the tops of cardons many times. Fish aren't the only item on their menu, at least with the birds we've seen.
Correct me if I'm mistaken.

Ospreys are aggressive raptors. First of all opurtunists. Mostly observed along inland waterways and like high nests. Part of the name Fishhawk comes

there is a mating pair here near sea world. they can be seen sitting on the lamp posts on the bridge crossing the san diego river at robb field at the

the establishment i'm refering to is the pemex just south of mulege. as you pull out towards the hiway, there is the nest.
