I bet they used babelfish

Ok, this is not strictly related to Spanish. But, I am fairly certain it involves a similar noun with two meanings. Perhaps Roberto, Aldo or Max could enlighten us. This is a sign in English(?) found on a self-service gas pump at an Italian service station:

INSTRUCTIONS
-To insert the notes aligned to the right in any verse
-To wait the accreditation in the display
-To select the wanted bomb
-Out to the spy of the select bomb, to take the supplier

Speaking of "Babel", if you haven't seen the movie yet, you're really missing something. It is superb. Directed by a Mexican and filmed in English, Spanish, Arabic and Japanese, it ties a seemingly random event to different parts of the world in a way that illustrates our interconnectedness in a startling and dramatic way. I won't reveal anymore of the plot other than to say it definitely earned that Oscar.

Hi Oso, we watched 'Babel' last night... I will not critique the movie (which was a mix of three stories that where connected, sort of) other than the obvious mistakes about Mexico and the U.S. side! Here are three mistakes or lies in the film Babel:

1) The yellow warning sign we see near San Ysidro showing illegals dashing across the freeway had the word 'WARNING' altered to read 'WANTED' in the movie (shame, shame)...

2) The Tecate border is not open before dawn... as shown in the scene showing the intoxicated driver, his aunt and the two blond kids she took into Mexico (because she is their nanny) to attend her son's wedding (because she couldn't find anyone else to leave the kids with in the U.S. while the parents were on tour in Morocco)... What no relatives?

3) Tecate is not in the desert.... The nervous, drunk nephew blasts out of secondary and is chased by the border patrol... the aunt and kids are screaming naturally. Within a mile or two north of Tecate he pulls onto a dirt road for a very short distance then dumps the nanny and two little kids, promissing to return after he looses the border patrol. Well, he doesn't return... The next morning the three are shown in the desert (looks like near Signal Mountain/Ocotillo) wandering without water, ready to die.

It was obvious the producers wanted the U.S. to appear heartless to those in the U.S. without papers and that it was 'open season' on illegal families with a sign saying they are 'wanted'!
