I have spoke to many folks who have driven from Yuma to get to San Felipe and I have heard that it is a great route and takes less time.
Does anyone on here have a detailed map where to cross the boarder and how to make my way to SF. It would be greatly appreciated. If you like you

You can cross at San LuisAz. and go west towards Mexicalli. About 3/4 of the trip to Mexicalli there is a new exit called "libre Mexicalli" and by
taking that route you avoid going into Meicalli. There are exits to San Felipe. It will cost you some money.

I live in San Luis, AZ., so I usually cross at SLRC. Follow the signs toward El Golfo de Sta. Clara, down Mex 40. Turn right (west) at Luis
B.Sanchez. Go to center of town, just over RR tracks turn right (north) -signs may say Mexicali- follow Mex 4 until it tees with Mex 5 (Main
Mexicali-SF road). Do NOT try to turn left (south) onto Mex 5 at intersection (ticket or accident). Turn right (north) & about 50' there is a
turnaround to head south to SF.
