Yep, the immigration office at Secondary in TJ is about 10 feet from the bank. Very convenient!.

Sometimes, though, the immigration office next to the bank is closed. If so, go to the old one located near the pedestrian entrance into Mexico. You
have to go behind the bank building and go right (north).
