where did the stench in Fidepaz go?

villadelfin - 4-15-2007 at 05:49 PM

It seems to be true. I read in the Tribuna that the La Paz wastewater treatment plant has been recently upgraded to the tune of over five million bucks and the smell should be gone. I haven't caught a whiff of it in days. You?
