It probably dates from the 1750s. It is on the ceiling of one of the rooms at La Purisma Mission, in San Antonio, Texas.

That is a type of petroglyph commonly found in the Southwest, produced by shaman practicing their healing, or on a vision quest. I will post several
of the Big Bend petroglyphs a bit later. They are much older than the ones in Baja, dating back perhaps 4000 years, or more.
