David, (you do get around with that camera!) Thought it might be of interest for us Nomad's, the "guest" I was chatting with in the picture you posted is Ray Reeves (He didn't tell me, but, MaryAnn tells me that he was the orignal "Lone Ranger") what fun he was, an old fasioned man, with manners that seem to have been lost to time (not my boys, I have "beat it" into them!

Thanks to you for being you ever present self with the camera and reports!

DK, where are the Debra pics?

Disclaimer: This is related to the tequila drinking contest. Not Debras tag line.

Dang, Debs looking HOT!!!!!!! Must be the lighting. Just kidding. I bet she wasn't the only gal to meet the long ranger that night. OK, I've had a couple of beers.:bounce:

Thanks Judy and Doug... I edited the caption. I don't have books from either of those ladies...!

bajajudy - 5-9-2007 at 06:23 AM

I have never read Roberta's book but Jinx' books are wonderful. you should read them DK, you would enjoy them. "The Texicans" is an historical novel about a family in Texas spanning several generations including the Spanish American War. "Troubled Sea" is a story of high jinx(sorry couldnt resist that) on the Sea of Cortez.

Bajaeng ----

It's easy. Get on the toll road, south to Baja Seasons RV park on the water, a couple of miles further south and you're there. They have a new marina just off the road and you can't miss it. Signs all over the place.
It's maybe five miles south of La Fonda.
