We had some experience with them when they had an Ensenada office in the Marina Hotel. In a word, it was horrible. If anything went wrong, it took at
least two weeks to get fixed. If I went to their Ensenada office, inevitably there would be no one there, no matter what the hour.
On the other hand, they seemed eager to head north toward Rosarito, so perhaps they've mended their ways. Unfortunately, their track record is awful.

Now I remember them. It turned into a bad joke for local subscribers. Starband became, again, the provider of choice. Still is out of the phone
grid, like La Bufadora.
