Offshore Yacht Delivery in Ensenada?

Hello all....first post here
Longtime Baja Traveler and vacation home owner.
But I have a question. I tried a search with no results.
Does anyone here have experience in taking ownership of a yacht offshore and keeping it in Ensenada for the requisite time (1 year)??
Customs procedures, permits, fees, etc.?

I live in Ensenada and usually don't have the cell on. It's best to contact me by e-mail and leave a number where I can call you.
