5/17/07 photos show concrete/rebar floor joists with foam insulation bats. This is the ceiling of the garage, apt in lower level and it's also the
floor of my main/living area. Rough-ins for jack&jill bathroom and powder room are in.
Electrical is next. I added outlets on decks, kitchen island and in the middle of the floor where my couches will be located. Concrete for the main
floor scheduled for 5/24.
Tecate was my liquid encouragement for the team yesterday afternoon in the cool, cloudy weather. Glad it's the weekend so I can rest up from my
exhaustion watching them work.
