Welcome to the board. The condo looks very nice, and you can't beat the location either. The price (as listed) is pretty good for the area, but $80
for a "cleaning fee" on top of the rental cost seems a little excessive. $25+ per day for cleaning (on a 3-day rental)? Is there daily maid/cleaning
every day, or are you charging the $80 for a post-departure cleanup? Maybe it's just me, but I think you should roll your cleaning expenses into the
rental fee.
When you get a chance, check out the thread Shari started about the whole "cleaning fee" thing. It seems like most folks here feel the same way as I
do.

Still pretty high... I also bellieve you should roll cleaning fees into the rental rate.
