Just read in the Gringo Gazette that Foxploration has sold out to a private real estate develoment firm? They say they'll keep the "amusement park"
but probably put up, YEP!!! MORE CONDOS! In the same issue: why tourism in Rosarito is off by a billion percent. Here's a good reason: there is no
reason on God's green earth to go to Rosarito.

yep, there was an article in the San Diego UT last week about the deal. I forgot the sale price but was all cash.
