Our beach here at La Ribera is laid out just right for kite boarding this time of year as the afternoon winds come ripping about 11 knots out of the
east. A dozen or so kiters have found the place and we love to watch their acrobatics. I was gonna say conditions here are "awesome" but that's
probably an old fogie word now with this new crowd. If we have any kiters on the Nomad board:
1. What is the word for "excellent" instead of Awesome?
2. What do you people eat, what planet is it from, how do you get it?
3. Since Spanish speaking people have had real trouble with the translation for "Wind Surfing" I'll bet they are having a helluva time with "Kite
Boarding". How do you say it in Spanish?

Can't help with the rest of it, but I believe the current superlative in vogue is "Epic". The opposite is "Brutal".
