More on Shark Norma

Osprey - 6-6-2007 at 07:56 AM

The La Paz newspaper Sudcalifornia reports that our governor replaced the head of the PESCA (fish and game) department yesterday. (hope it was in response to the to the new Shark Norma law).
Hook, good for you donating to the cause. You are a fisherman who says, "Here, I care about the fish". You are a beacon in a very dark night.
If other Nomads decide to donate please do it in my name. That way I might have a shot at the credit later. Sea of Osprey -- has a nice ring

It's just a simple fact. Money gets things done. That's why the shark norma was changed in the first place. That's why the inshore gill nets are allowed to continue.

You have to fight fire with fire in this case.

Plus, I'm not on scene to do anything and, as a tourist, I have no rights.

So, I'll send money to the causes I support. I've liked the billfish foundation for a long time. I dont fish bills but I support others rights to do so in a manner that supports the fishery.
