Would anyone happen to have a fax number or e-mail address to contact the fide folks at Bancomer in CSL? I understand this responsibility has moved
from La Paz to CSL in the past year. (I don't have a telephone).
Muchas gracias,
CP

I heard that they have reopened a branch in BCS that will handle the fide accounts. They had moved all accounts to TJ a couple of years ago. Don't
know if it is in La Paz or CSL. I've been waiting 6 months, so far, for a lot extention added to my fideicomiso. I wish they would just sell them all
to a bank that would do some work. If you just want to pay you annual fee you can take your last years receipt in to any branch and pay it. Maybe a
branch manager could get you a contact person. Good luck to us!

We have all those numbers somewhere. I'll try to post them by tomorrow. We've been working on a lot extension to our fideicomiso for nearly a year.

It may just be that their mailbox is full...but I am getting delivery failure notices from the BBVA postmaster. It does not say why.

Hola,
We successfully used this address back in July to communicate with Sr. Card##as "m824280@bbva.bancomer.com". My e-mails this week are being delivery
failured by the Bancomer Postmaster. Would anyone happen to have a current e-mail address?
Muchas gracias.
