Now that it looks like I will be moving to La Paz this October I am looking for a few pointers on the best taco stands for carna asada and carnitas.
I think the fish tacos were pretty weill taken care of in an earlier thread

Michoacan for carnitas. I dont know exactly where it is in La Paz but I sure someone does. They have several here in Los Cabos and they are THE
best.

Rancho Viejo - corner of M. de Leon & B. Dominguez. Really good aracherra (sp?). Order tacos or for the best deal order a kilo or 1/2 kilo and
make up your own tacos with the fixin's they bring you. They are incredible!
