Both Shell and Chevron have permits in the pipeline. I predict that at least one of these will become a reality.

A mixed result, IMHO. The plant would have brought many good paying jobs for Baja, and much needed natural gas for the voracious U.S. appetite. On
the other hand, the vessels that carry LNG are incredibly dangerous. I have heard that if a fully loaded vessel were to explode, the resulting
devastation would be akin to a small nuclear device.

Well, you'd have to heat it until it reached a sufficient vapor point(which would be easy at any normal ambient temp) and then make sure it was in the

Well, you both told me how to get LNG to burn, but explode? Ain't gonna happen. The idea that vessels transporting this stuff are bombs waiting to
explode is myth. Same goes for the regasification plants.
