By definition, Lime, or Lemon, does cook the fish. However, use only the freshest of fish in making this dish, if not, best to have some that has
been frozen for at least 3 days.
In the states, Sushi, is required to have been frozen, except for live or shell fish, for 3 days. I bet most people didn't know that. |
