Hola Yankee... The answer is you must get a boat permit to fish from your Kayak...You will need complete discriptions of the boats...color,
length,make, model,andhull I.D. number. We are members of Vagabundos del Mar, a Baja travel club, and they have all the necessary paperwork for boat
permits and fishing license...GM
