The windsurfing/kiteboarding community is rife with rumors of two guys who got held up at gunpoint by supposed policemen at 5am on the long climb
through TJ to the cuota road, during the Labor day weekend. Apparently, they took their vehicles and all their belongings. Any truth to this rumor??
