You will need to host your photo somewhere.. your homepage or a free image hosting site..
then.. pull up the image on that site.. right click on the photo..then, "Copy Image Location"
Then select the icon at the top of the message edit screen here on Baja Nomad, the one with the mountain/moon and then "Paste" the image location
there when prompted..
There is probably a forum on posting images.. but since this was already started.. I figure I'd give the quick answer.
