I'll be in La paz next Thursday when my team will be on ESPN for the Thursday night game. Anyone sure where I can go watch the game in La Paz? Thanks
in advance-- Norm

Sky carries almost all the ESPN channels I guess, if you are in the Centenario area you can ask Pam at Club Marlin if she will have it on that night
and go there. Applebee's probably. Don't know how many of your neighbors in Cen. you have met but several of them get the ESPN channels.
I have La Paz cable and get 3 ESPN's but don't have a program guide so can't tell you whether I will get it for sure or not.
Good Luck!

There's also Mr. Asucar on 5 de Febrero with a big screen TV.
Bar with seafood restaurant. Mixed reviews. The game's the thing though!

Well-- maybe if I said I'll bring the beer I'll make some new friends. since we haven't built yet and this trip is to go over house plans we are just
getting our feet wet with new acquaintances- but we're open to that option if it get us the game. --- Norm

The sports betting place (can't remember the name right now, but the roof is littered with big satellite dishes) on the malecon just north of the bus
station will turn on anything sporting if you place a bet. They have at least twenty TV's; however, the atmosphere is a bit lacking.

Bruno, you reminded me of that new place, Caliente, on the corner of Colosio and Fojadores. It's a sports book too, noticed yesterday but no time to
stop and check on the odds for the for the Angels.
