Just courious - anyone know why el mirador is closed? One can still park outside and walk in, and I think the restrooms are even open. It was always a
nice stop on the way home.BAJACAT - 9-27-2007 at 06:25 PM
To what I know, this is by the guy that takes care of the bathroom in el Mirador. He told me that the people that developed this place thought they
had a legal permit to do so,to their surprise that it wasn't legal. So right now the case still in court, he is triying to fight it but with no
luck...

No court case...federal zone property. I was offered the lease about 18 months ago. Have since found out that federal zone regulations have changed
and that this property will soon be sold. I doubt that I'll be on the seller's short list. Hook - 9-28-2007 at 02:54 PM
