Looks like they changed area codes for San Ignacio area.
I just checked with R&B in San Felipe and the number they use to call Ricardo is 61-515-40283 add 011 at the beginning if calling from US of A. This
is a voice/fax line. They also have another #,40256, that I believe is voice only.

I also did not post the entire new phone #.
From the Us it is 011-52-615-15-40283. The Telnor phone bill I looked at didn't have the 52 listed.
The old #'s will probably continue to work for another 6 months or so.
Martin Romo informs me that Ricardo does not have an e-mail address.
