Hello fandango,
I can't say for sure, but I know there will be a lot of folks down for the holiday weekend and the Baja 1000. Usually the traffic on the toll road
happens when the toll booths get backed up with lines of cars. Otherwise the road itself should be fine. It also depends on what time of day you head
down.....
