Boat from Puerto Escondido sank

Last night while we were at my favorite taco stand in La Playa, there was a crane lifting a fiberglass boat with twin outboards out of the marina. My husband went to the minisuper to get a beer and asked the owner what was going on. He said that 3 gringos were on the boat and from what he understood, they started taking on water and pulled into the marina at which point the boat sank.

Today I passed the boat headed into town. It was on a trailer that made reading the name, which was along the sides of the boat, very difficult but it looked like Reel.....Okay. And it definitely said Puerto Escondido, BCS on the stern. The cover was off one of the motors, they looked like Mercs.

Sound familiar to anyone up that way?
