I've heard a rumor about the posible construction of a marina in the East Cape area. Is this just a rumor?

Maybe 2 marinas. One here in La Ribera, the other at El Rincon. A few people have sent in their $10k dollar deposits to hold the $600 dollar per sq
meter lots in the one to be built on our beach. Digging on the one here in La Ribera is rumored to begin in January.
