My name is David and I am an American Citizen born in Mesa Arizona. From the age of 5 years old until the age of 12 I lived in Colonia LeBaron Galeana
Chihuahua Mexico. I ran away from home when I was 12 years old and roamed through-out Mexico alone and homeless working as a cowboy, field hand,
construction worker and a clam digger. When I was 15 years old I ended up in El Rosario Baja California. There was no paved roads back then. The first
place I stopped when I came down the road from the mesa north of El Rosario was Mama Espinoza’s Resaturant. I was starving, cold and miserable. Mama
Espinosa took me in and gave me food and a warm place to sleep. I ended up staying with her for some time. I remember she treated me as though I was
one of her own children. I worked for a time in Rancho San Juan de Dios located in the mountains south east of El Rosario where Anita’s husband
Heraclio Espinoza had a small ranch. Mama Espinoza was and remains the sweetest and kindest person I have ever known in all my life along with my
grandmother Hattie and I love Mama Espinoza so very much. I eventually moved on and made my way back to Mesa Arizona where my grandmother Hattie lived
and I moved on with life. I retired from the Marine Corps as a Chief of Detectives after 23 years and I am now working toward a second retirement with
hopes to retire in about 8 years. God only knows where I would be if Mama Espinoza had not been placed in my path those many years ago. I will be 55
on December 16 2007. I recently found out that Mama Espinoza is still alive and had turned 100 years old on October 16, 2007. I have contacted Mama
Espinoza through her daughter Roly and will be visiting them on my birthday this year 2007. They remember me and are looking forward to me coming. I
am so emotional just thinking about my visit. I recently videotaped me singing the Mexican birthday song Las Mananitas to Mama Espinoza and placed it
on YouTube since I could not download it to Mama Espinoza’s e-mail. Hahahaha E-Mail. Last time I was there they hardly had electricity. If you want to
see me sing Las Mananitas to Mama Espinoza go to YouTube and put in elinvesti8 in the search block.

Thank you Grover for your kindness. I can't begin to tell you how emotional I am about my upcoming visit with Mama Anita Espinoza. I am sure I will
shed a lot of tears when I see her for the first time after all these years.
