When you say "doesn't work'' do you mean you get an error message or just no reply?
They may be out of town, have computer problems, etc.
I've had delays with responses, but they always reply eventually.

I'm going to be kayaking with Friends down in BOLA the same time. We reserved space at camp Archelon last month. It's an awesome place to stay for
