Knives

In reading another forum it is said that carrying any kind of knife on your person is considered a crime and you could be thrown in jail unless, of course, you pay some kind of bribe.

This is a new one on me but have never been personally searched and have always had my swiss army knife in my pocket.

I do recall that many years ago they sold switch blade knives in Mexico so what does it all mean?
