In hypeing the windsurfing experience in Baja, he touched on the security problem :
"These are scary reports but, keep in mind that far worse things happen every day in american big cities." [Capital A ommited by author]
I can't stand this type of self-serving crap. It sounds as though he's justifying the crimes. "It's OK that it happens here because worse things
happen right where you live."

Dennis, great point... I agree with you! Bob HOsprey - 12-1-2007 at 07:12 AM
Go easy on this particular windsurfer site. Their looped 7 day wind forcast for this little bay at East Cape gives direction and velocity every two
hours -- it is computer generated so not 100% reliable but without it, all us local fisherpersons would have to get up at God awful early hours just
to go take a looksee at the beach for fish/no fishing. And it's free! Along with another site for sailors it's the best tool we have.ELINVESTIG8R - 12-1-2007 at 08:26 AM
I got some great tips from the article and I am happy that people write these articles.
Here is the Mayor of Tijuana Jorge Ramos being sworn into office and promising his fight against the criminals. I did not hear him say the word
"Turistas" but I am sure he is going to to do something about that too. He did not sound like he was playing around.
Here is a link to the capture of some people who kidnapped a young businessman in Tijuana who was subsequently rescued. Here is the face of the bad
people. Regular looking people.
