Hopefully some will appreciate photos of some of the changes we've encountered since returning to La Paz after a 6 month absence.
The new scrubbers at the Pemex plant (electrical plant) are working and the sky is blue. The smoke always was a guide into La Paz from sea.

That is truly good news for La Paz. The air over the bay was filty from that power plant.
