I got this info in the mail yesterday which included an ID number that allowed me to complete the reimbursement request online.

I got the notice too. Unfortunately the small print says something like, "------if more than the anticipated number apply for their rebate, the amount
you receive may be less-----" or something like that.
So STOP ADVERTISING this rebate, or we won't git nuttin.

There are three settlement options:
Straight $25
Total Estimation (refund to be 1% of estimated foreign transactions)
Annual Estimation (1%-3% of foreign transactions)

Early this week I also received explanation and filing forms in the mail, each page complete with my name and bar code. Kinda cool... I'll gladly
accept whatever rebate I'm given. Something is more than nothing.
