Hi,
Last X-mass we were asked by the owner of the beach we have been camping on for a few years to obtain permission first. (We had never seen him in 5
previous trips. I believe he is now trying to develop, with plans for marina, high-rise hotel, ect..)
The owners name is Victor Castorena, and he says "Everybody in Loreto knows me, and where my office is".
Does anybody know where his office is or what is his telephone # or e-mail is?

the most useless web site I have seen in years
the property is managed well (I go there several times a year), but the public information stinks (facebook etc)
