While sitting on the beach at Pete's Campo in San Felipe, on Saturday, November 17. at approximately 8:00 pm, out of the north came the sound of a
helicopter with no lights on, maybe 500 ft off the deck? It was going as fast as any copter I've seen ( or in this case not seen. It also seemed to
be going as fast as I think a copter can go. It continued south around the San Felipe point. About two hours later, it came back at the same
elevation and the same speed. It was a weird, weird thing and sort of scary. Has anybody witnessed this, or are we the only ones?

Last trip to BLA in October we saw a helo come in from the north and land somewhere in the south part of the bay - twice in two days right near
sunset. We figured someone just needed beer really bad...

If you see a goody bag drop from the air or sea, turn out your lights and look the other way. Believe me, someone is waiting for it.
I've seen these occurances too but below S.F.
