Windgrrl: Love your quote! I am slowly working (?) my way through Thay's books. How wonderful at age 64 to finally learn to breathe. How empowering to practice the miracle of mindfulness. I wish the blessings of serenity on you and yours in the coming year.

Now that is pretty heavy for a N. Ca boy.

Well Barry...it IS pretty cool to live in a town where quite often while walking downtown I will hear the sound of little bells tinkling, and see a line of Buddist monks in their robes quietly walking on their alms rounds. Diversity is a beautiful thing. The Soto Zen abbey on the edge of town is a wonderful addition to our little village.

You should have stayed in Haight-Ashbury and avoided your breathing problems.

That's cool.

Having been to Tibet several years ago, we would appreciate that-------guess we better run up there one of these days.

This isn't Baja, but it is the first sunrise (and the day that followed) up here where I'm thinking of Baja EVERY day!

It may or may not have been a spectacular day:?::?::?:
