Good news baja real estate owners.
I know many mexicans invest in real estate because its more stable than putting money in the bank; no inflation or peso devaluations.

Excellent article.... although there was a posting earlier about a shortage of construction workers in Mexico.... maybe those learning the trade in
the US will start moving back to Mexico for better jobs.
I believe reverse emmigration was even briefly discussed in the article.

I don't know about the construction worker shortage in Todos Santos. I do know though that in San Felipe you've got to beat constractors and laborers
off with a stick once they see you're beginning some type of building project. They flock around your place like flys.
All the fisherman in this small fishing village are now contractors since the
influx of rich gringos.
